My Sonic Lab was founded in  2004 by Mr. Yoshio Matsudaira, a master cartridge maker with the dream of creating the ultimate phono cartridges. Mr. Matsudaira was the man behind one of the breakthroughs in the cartridge industry, the SH-μX high flux / high permeability core material, which elevated sound performance to levels never seen before with the lowest internal impedance and the highest outputs. This material is used in all their cores to this date. My Sonic Lab's cartridges create natural reproduction with minimal distortions, fast transient responses, and a wide dynamic range. These cartridges create new clarity levels that help audiophiles discover new layers to the music.
