Bowers & Wilkins' story began back in 1966 when one of the co-founders, John Bowers, set out to create the perfect loudspeaker. He didn't want to create something that would broadcast noise the loudest, but a device that would create a true replication of the artist's intent or the live performance. He believed that nothing short of perfection would do, and this ideal has been engraved into the company's core. To this date, they create audio equipment that captures every nuance of a performance, just like the creator intended it to be.
