Isolated Motor and Drive Mechanism:An asynchronous AC motor is mounted in a floating construction to completely isolate motor vibrations from the main plinth. Precision Tone Arm and Counterweight:The anodized aluminum straight tone arm features a magnetic anti-skating mechanism and fine-adjustable counterweight for accurate tracking. Coupled with the included Souther Engineering Clever Clamp, records are held firm against the platter to eliminate surface slippage during playback.
