Precision Tonearm Design:

At the heart of the playback system is the LTA-309 static-balance tonearm, developed in partnership with Japanese audio specialist SAEC. Featuring knife-edge bearing technology, it glides smoothly across record grooves with minimal mechanical friction. The machined aluminium arm base reduces contact area to suppress unwanted resonance, while clear adjustments for arm height, stylus pressure, and anti-skating allow exact cartridge alignment.

Consistent Motor Drive and Rotation:

Pitch stability depends on steady platter rotation. The drive system uses a proprietary high-torque, low-speed DC brushless motor paired with a Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) feedback control loop. This system monitors rotation continuously, correcting minor speed variations instantly. A wide drive belt wrapped around the outer flange delivers consistent playback across 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM speeds, complete with manual pitch control options.

Massive Platter and Isolation:

To maintain rotational momentum, the turntable features a 4.0kg platter precision-machined from a solid aluminium billet. Supported by a 16mm stainless steel spindle with wear-resistant PEEK thrust bearings and molybdenum oil lubrication, it rotates smoothly under load. Below the chassis, temperature-stable rubber insulator feet provide up to 5mm of height adjustment while preventing external floor vibrations from reaching the stylus.
