Yes, helpful and patient. Raymond has always been great.

How has your new audio setup changed your daily life?
A bunch of small improvements that resulted in a greatly improved whole.
Better resolution without being hyper detailed. Wider and deeper soundstage.
Bass definition: can hear individual notes now, they don't all sound the same. Great versatility.

What's your favourite thing about your new system?
Allows me to stop thinking about the gear and listen to and enjoy the music.
