Overall, my shopping experience was positive. However, based on my dealings with other vendors across Canada, I have noticed that HiFi Center is less flexible when it comes to offering discounts compared to competitors. I would be more inclined to visit more frequently if the shop operated with more open, traditional retail hours and if sales staff were comfortable allowing customers to browse freely before making a purchasing decision. Additionally, given the significant financial investment often required for these products, I would appreciate greater openness from the sales team regarding potential pricing flexibility or discounts.
How has your new audio setup changed your daily life?
I am very pleased with the turntable I purchased, as it has proven to be the right choice for me. I remain interested in exploring and trying other products as my finances allow.
What's your favourite thing about your new system?
I have to say that the turntable has been one of the best investments I have made. In the past, I have often found myself questioning purchases after several months; however, I am pleased to say that this has never been the case with this turntable.
Would you recommend Hi-Fi Centre to others? Why?
Possibly, but only if there are changes to how walk-in customers are accommodated. I do not prefer having to make an appointment to visit the store, as I work in the area and enjoy stopping by to browse and see what is new.

If you know exactly what you are looking for and prefer to buy locally, purchasing from a local retailer can be a good option. Alternatively, there are many other retailers across Canada that offer free shipping and may be worth considering.
Is there anything else about your experience you'd like to share?
I understand that your business may cater primarily to a higher-end clientele; however, there are many dedicated hi-fi enthusiasts who are passionate about the hobby and would appreciate a more inclusive approach. If you are able to better accommodate this audience, I believe your store would be a place I could confidently recommend and visit more often.
