The Innuos Statement is a state-of-the-art digital music server that features an all-new Next Gen Power Supply architecture designed in collaboration with Dr. Sean Jacobs. This innovative power supply is distributed between two enclosures, with one containing the AC/DC conversion stage and the other containing the regulation stage and server components. The new design ensures that regulated "clean" power travels through a short point-to-point path with minimal impedance and EMI exposure, resulting in maximum efficiency.
The Statement's eight independent linear PSU rails allow each critical component to receive its dedicated power supply, preventing any component cross-contamination. Furthermore, each of the Ethernet and USB high-precision OCXO clocks is powered by its dedicated power supply to ensure optimal performance.
Innuos has designed their custom Ethernet and USB re-clocker boards for the Statement, incorporating three core principles: the use of high-precision OCXO clocks, extreme care in powering important components to prevent cross-contamination, and short paths between components. These principles enable the Statement to deliver superior signal timing, precision, and control. For instance, the USB Controller is regulated by three ultra-low noise regulators, one per independent voltage, while the dedicated track on the board keeps the clock very close to the controllers, preventing signal quality losses that can occur with external clock units.
The Statement's 10mm CNC-machined aluminum chassis is both functional and stylish. The thick metal enclosure helps isolate external EMI and dampen harmful vibrations, and the double-enclosure design prevents the vibration effects of the massive 540VA toroidal transformer at its core from affecting other components.
The motherboard has been fully EMI-optimized to Innuos' exclusive design, with any unnecessary, noise-generating components removed. The fully-customized BIOS ensures the hardware works at its lowest noise without impairing performance, and further EMI treatment is applied to the motherboard to absorb EMI, rather than reflecting it to other components.

All orders are processed within 48 hours from date of order.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders regardless of size.
- If you would like to receive your order quicker you can request Express shipping during Check-Out in the Comments section. Additional charges will apply.
- In-stock items are shipped from our Vancouver warehouse and will reach major Canadian cities in 5-7 business days.
- Items not in stock will either ship from one of our manufacturer partners' warehouses or in rare cases first must be sent to Vancouver and then to you.
- If the expected arrival to you will be more than 7 business days you will be notified by email and at that point you will have the option to proceed or if you cannot wait then order can be cancelled.
Returns Policy
We will gladly:
- (a) exchange a product that is not special ordered, or shipped from one of our partner warehouses, for a new product of equal value (product purchased must be unopened)
- (b) exchange a product if it is defective or damaged for the same product
within 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
Returns for refund are not accepted.
For an exchange, you must notify us by email at info@hificentre.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email by reply and assist you in returning the product as identified below. Make sure to send and have your return package post marked within the 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
Exceptions:
- Headphones may not be returned or exchanged for any reason, only defective units will be replaced for the same model
- Items that have been opened may not be returned
Cancellations:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may cancel an order if the product is not delivered to the delivery address on your order form within 30 days of the date your order is accepted.
To cancel, you must notify us by email at info@hificentre.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and process the cancellation.
Returns Packaging:
Products returning for exchange must be unused and in their sealed, original factory packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
