LAiV Harmony DAC is a high‑end, fully balanced R2R digital‑to‑analogue converter designed as a long‑term anchor for serious two‑channel and headphone systems. It uses a discrete, balanced resistor‑ladder architecture with 0.05% precision resistors to deliver a natural, unforced presentation where tone, space and timing take precedence over showy detail.

A high‑grade femto clock (Crystek CCHD‑957) and carefully specified capacitors from Audio Note and Rubycon support the digital and analogue sections, keeping jitter and power‑supply noise extremely low so the DAC can focus on reconstructing the signal rather than fighting its environment. Harmony accepts USB, coaxial, optical and I2S inputs, with support for PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD256, making it comfortable with modern streaming front ends and dedicated digital transports alike.
