The Graham Audio LS5/9 brings classic BBC monitor performance into domestic listening spaces and professional control rooms. Refined Driver Technology:

Recreated and updated by designer Derek Hughes, the system uses a custom bass and midrange driver developed alongside Volt Loudspeakers. Built around a cast aluminium frame and heavy-duty motor assembly, the polypropylene cone produces tight, accurate bass response. High frequencies are handled by a selected Audax soft dome tweeter protected by a steel grille, ensuring smooth treble clarity without listening fatigue. Technical teams rigorously test each driver individually before final assembly to guarantee precise tonal matching.

Classic Thinwall Cabinet Craftsmanship:

Manufactured in the UK from high-grade 9mm birch plywood, the cabinet follows traditional BBC thinwall design principles. Mass-loaded internal panels shift unwanted vibrations away from critical mid-range frequencies, while internal fabric-backed damping absorbs standing waves inside the enclosure. Finished in hand-matched real wood veneers, the exterior maintains a clean appearance thanks to concealed rare-earth magnets securing the front grille.
