HiFi Rose brings its knowledge of making low-noise, low-jitter circuits, and exceptional user interfaces to a streamer-only product. The 15.4" LCD touchscreen, brings HiFi Rose's legendary interface quality and usability to your favorite DAC.
The RS130 uses a high-precision oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) clock for the ultimate low-jitter performance. Isolate your delicate audio circuits from network noise with fiber optic Ethernet and USB.
There is a built-in SSD to cache your music files, allowing noisy hard disks to spin down during playback, and also improving low-jitter performance. The SPDIF, AES and I2S outputs can also be controlled by your favorite external master clock, allowing you to take performance to true ultra-high-end levels.
The Connections
The RS130 supports Airplay and DLNA (NAS drives), as well as Wi-Fi, Giga-Ethernet, and Bluetooth. On the back of the unit you will find digital outputs: SPDIF RCA, AES XLR, optical, HDMI, USB, and I2S HDMI. There are two BNC clock inputs for 50 ohm and 75 ohm master clocks.
The Controls
HiFi Rose is rightly praised for its beautiful Ultra HD 4K touchscreen with a wide viewing angle and rich colors. It offers an intuitive and convenient interface, and also displays high-definition album information and plays back video at 60 FPS.
Unit-top controls offer mute, play/pause, a favorite button, and power control.
The RS150B comes with a physical Bluetooth remote control, and can also be controlled via the excellent ROSE Connect app for iOS or Android.
