Built by Estelon from a thermoformed mineral-filled composite, the curved cabinet incorporates zero parallel internal walls to prevent structural resonance and acoustic colouration. Symmetrical driver placement around a dedicated waveguide ensures wide, uniform high-frequency dispersion and stable stereo imaging across the entire listening space.

The Hi-Fi Centre Team Take

Living with the Aura transforms regular domestic living spaces into an open, expansive soundstage without demanding strict placement far into the room. Its sealed acoustic suspension and floor-coupled bass design deliver clean, articulate low-frequency energy that remains tightly controlled across various flooring materials. The presentation remains remarkably natural and unforced, allowing for fatigue-free listening across extended evening sessions. It achieves an ideal balance between sculptural contemporary industrial design and uncompromising acoustic integrity.

Key Acoustic & Design Features

Thermoformed Composite Enclosure: Curved geometry with non-parallel internal surfaces eliminates internal standing waves and prevents cabinet vibration.

Egyptian Papyrus Midrange: Dual 130 mm drivers deliver rapid transient response and transparent, uncoloured vocal reproduction.

Acoustic Base Loading: Downward-firing 250 mm driver couples directly with the floor to produce deep, evenly distributed bass output.

Authorized Dealer Support: Hi-Fi Centre is an authorized dealer, providing full manufacturer warranty coverage and dedicated audio specialist guidance.

Technical Specifications

Loudspeaker Type: 3-way passive floor standing loudspeaker, sealed enclosure

High-Frequency Driver: 1 x 26 mm (1 in) Scan-Speak Illuminator textile dome with waveguide

Midrange Drivers: 2 x 130 mm (5 in) Satori Egyptian papyrus cone

Low-Frequency Driver: 1 x 250 mm (10 in) Faital semi-pressed paper cone (downward-firing)

Frequency Response: 35 Hz – 25,000 Hz

Power Rating: 150 W

Sensitivity: 90 dB / 2.83 V

Nominal Impedance: 4 ohms (minimum 2 ohms at 58 Hz)

Minimal Amplifier Power: 30 W

Dimensions (H x W x D): 1366 mm x 384 mm x 367 mm

Net Weight: 34 kg each

Available Finishes: White, Black Gloss, Starlight, Iron Grey, Horizon Blue, Amber Elegance

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of amplifier is best suited for the Estelon Aura?
While the minimum recommended amplifier power is 30 W, the Aura’s nominal impedance dips to 2 ohms at 58 Hz. We recommend pairing it with a stable, high-current amplifier capable of delivering clean power into low-impedance loads to fully realise its dynamic range and bass control.

How forgiving is the Estelon Aura regarding room placement?
The Aura is exceptionally versatile in domestic settings. Its sealed enclosure and downward-firing woofer design couple directly with the floor rather than relying on rear bass ports, allowing for cleaner room integration and closer placement to rear boundaries without introducing bass boom.

What is the benefit of the thermoformed composite cabinet?
The proprietary mineral-filled composite material allows for complex, organic curves with zero parallel internal walls. This structural rigidity suppresses acoustic resonances and completely prevents internal standing waves, ensuring pure, uncoloured sound reproduction.
